Volumes Exhibition
During the month of July Linda MacAulay will be exhibiting a large collection of acrylic paintings at Volumes Cafe in Eltham on the North East fringe of Melbourne. Please feel free to visit the cafe during opening hours or join Linda for coffee at 10 am Thursday 13th July, 2017.
Kings Bridge Cottage Residency
In May of 2017 I was honoured to be selected to be the Artist in Residence at Kings Bridge Cottage which overlooks the Cataract Gorge. The residency is managed by the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery on behalf of Launceston City Council and aims to provide artists with time away from their usual lives to create a body of work that is inspired by their surroundings. Metallic Abstract and Rusting Mediums Course
Learn how to create a large variety of textual effects in acrylic and then layer them to create abstract pieces that combine metallic paints with a variety of rust and patinas. This course will introduce you to an exciting range of art materials and the endless possibilities that can be created by layering and combining techniques. Kinglake in March 2017.

Diamond Valley Arts Society Demonstration
Linda will be demonstrating her acrylic painting techniques at the Diamond Valley Arts Society on Friday the 7th of October.
Coleambally Workshop
Linda will be back in Coleambally for the Food and Farm festival starting with judging the art competition on Friday the 21st. She will be working on a mural project on the Saturday and running a Mixed Media workshop with a focus on Acrylics on Saturday 22rd of October, 2016.
