Cafe Z in Research is currently displaying artworks by Linda MacAulay. This display features some of her recent Plein Air paintings from the local Shire of Nillumbik along with some of her wildlife paintings. All these works are painted in acrylic on canvass and feature paintings local scenes like Hildebrand Road, Kangaroo Ground, Griffith Park, Tarrawarra and Diamond Creek.

There is a special magic that happens when 2 or more artists combine to produce and artwork. Linda MacAulay has been working with Tim Read from Tread Sculptures to produce a range of outdoor garden artworks using recycled metal. Nillumbik Artists Open Studios
Melbourne, 7 & 8 May 2016
11am to 5pm daily
Each year in May and November the artists of Nillumbik Shire open their studios to visitors. This is a rare opportunity to visit and talk with a variety of local artists in their studios.
Linda’s studio is located at 11 Wattle Grove, Eltham, Melbourne and welcomes visitors between 11am and 5pm on the open studio days. During the program Linda will be demonstrating her watercolour and acrylic painting techniques in the studio as well as displaying works in progress and completed works for sale. It

Outside of Open Studio times visitors are welcome but please phone first to avoid disappointment as Linda may be teaching or painting out in the field.
An exhibition of all the participating Open Studio artists is held at the Eltham Library Community Gallery in May 2016 This is a great opportunity to view examples of all the participating artists work before deciding which studio to visit.
